Gamine's Operational Policies
We hope you will be happy with your purchase, but if there is something wrong with it, please let us know and we will do our best to find a solution.
If we arrange a return, you are responsible for all return shipping and handling costs. Original shipping costs are not refundable.
Returned items must be unused, T-shirts unworn, CDs unplayed.
Your order will be posted within a few days after it is received, but we don't go to the Post Office every day, and post can take a while to arrive, so please be patient. Especially if you live overseas (i.e. outside the UK), which may take a few days or even weeks.
Make sure your address with Paypal is correct, as we cannot be held responsible if you give us the wrong address. If a package is lost and we were provided with an incorrect address you are responsible for additional charges to replace the lost goods.
Orders that are returned to us as undeliverable or insufficiently addressed will be refunded, minus the original shipping fees. Please carefully review your shipping information to ensure timely and accurate delivery. We are unable to re-ship orders that are returned to us as undeliverable.
You can pay for your order through Paypal, either directly with your Paypal account or by using a credit card. If you need to pay by other means, get in touch and we'll try and work something out.
